CHANGED. STILL CHANGING.

Proud of the progress. Hungry for the next level.

THE JOURNEY SO FAR

  • Changed. Never Finished.

Level22 started with my own journey.

I know what it feels like to look at yourself and know you need to make a change, but not know how far you’re capable of going. I was once over 300 pounds, struggling with things that should have been simple. I decided I didn’t want to stay there.

It wasn’t one workout, one diet, or some overnight transformation. It was learning to show up consistently, push through setbacks, and keep moving forward even when progress felt slow.

That journey eventually took me from simply trying to lose weight to competing, running races, training for HYROX, and discovering just how much I was capable of when I stopped putting limits on myself.

But the biggest transformation wasn’t physical. Fitness changed the way I saw myself and what I believed was possible for my life.

    That’s why I created Level22.

I don’t expect everyone to have the same goals or follow the same journey I did. I just want people to realize that wherever they’re starting from, there is another level they can reach.

I found mine. Now I want to help you reach yours.

  • MORE THAN A TRANSFORMATION

Zach has been beside me through every stage of my fitness journey. Yes, he’s my husband, but he’s also been one of the biggest reasons I’ve learned just how capable I really am.

He’s helped me correct my form, taught me how to train with purpose, and pushed me to keep going on the days when I wanted to quit. He knows when I need encouragement, but he also knows when I’m capable of more and need someone to challenge me to prove it to myself.

When I started this journey, I couldn’t run for more than 30 seconds at a time. Now I’m training for a half marathon, lifting consistently, and doing things I genuinely never thought my body could do. Zach didn’t do the work for me—but he helped me believe I could do it, and then continued showing up beside me while I proved it to myself.

That’s what makes him such a great coach. He doesn’t just want you to finish a workout. He wants you to become stronger, more confident, and capable of things you once thought were out of reach.
