How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, provide and personalize coaching, process transactions, maintain client records, and communicate about your services.

If you sign up for marketing communications, we may use the contact information you provide to send updates and offers. Signing up for marketing is optional.

Service providers

We use Squarespace for our website, Acuity Scheduling for scheduling and client forms, and PayPal Business for payment processing. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services and under their own privacy policies.

Client intake answers, progress photos submitted through our forms, and check-in records are currently maintained in Acuity. Payment details submitted to PayPal are handled by PayPal.

We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, our business, or our legal rights.
